About the Founder,
Anna Tomlinson

I am a Cambridge graduate with a 25-year corporate career spanning executive teams, communications and media training in complex professional organisations. I have worked closely with senior leaders and talent processes, and understand how potential is judged in the corporate world, what employers are looking for and what makes a candidate stand out.

​

As a parent, I have navigated this journey twice: both of my daughters chose degree apprenticeships with Deloitte and Nestlé.  I saw first-hand how opaque the process felt, and how little structured guidance existed.  Seeing how unprepared  students were for a corporate selection process led me to establish The Apprenticeship Studio.

The Apprenticeship Studio brings the rigour long associated with Oxbridge preparation to this new pathway, setting students up for success, and helping them to enter professional life with confidence.
