About the Founder,
Anna Tomlinson

I'm a Cambridge graduate with a 25-year corporate career - and I have two adult daughters.  I began my career in investment banking, and have since held senior leadership roles in organisations across a number of industries, ranging from finance to healthcare. I have worked closely with talent processes, and I understand how potential is assessed in the corporate world - and what makes a candidate stand out.   You can read more about my experience on LinkedIn.

As a parent, I have navigated this journey twice - both of my daughters chose degree apprenticeships, and secured places with Deloitte and Nestlé - and I’ve seen first-hand how powerful the right opportunity can be.  Degree apprenticeships can offer independence, experience and momentum from day one, yet there is remarkably little practical support available for students navigating these competitive processes.

My mission is to ensure that talented young people have the information, guidance and encouragement they need to achieve their full potential.  Whether you are a student, a parent or an education professional, I'd love to speak to you to explore how we could make these  opportunities work for you, or the young people you support.
