Degree apprenticeships at leading firms have become even more competitive than undergraduate places at top universities.
There are over 1 million young adults graduating from universities in the UK every year, many with significant student debt, and limited work experience. And they are competing for an increasingly scarce supply of graduate jobs.
With degree apprenticeships offering a fully funded degree, whilst earning a salary and gaining vital industry experience – along with a graduate level job at the end, is easy to see why these places have become so sought-after.
However, most students are still prepared only for UCAS, not for psychometrics, assessment centres and corporate interviews - and very few are aware that they need to start building their online profiles and work experience from Year 11.
The Apprenticeship Studio offers Oxbridge-level preparation for the professional world – giving training, support and confidence, from early experience and profile building, to application and assessment.
